In MADE TO ORDER: We meticulously handcraft each dress according to the precise measurements you provide in, ensuring the perfect fit within our exquisite range of standard sizes.

In READY TO WEAR: dresses are available in a range of sizes from XXS to 5XL, all dresses are ready to ship within few weeks.

YES! We proudly offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express, complete with tracking. Please note that the estimated delivery time of 5-7 days refers specifically to the shipping duration and does not include the time required for the production of your dress. Rest assured, we strive to minimize production time to ensure you receive your exquisite dress as swiftly as possible

Yes! We understand that sometimes you need your gown urgently. If you require your dress ASAP, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We offer rush orders for an additional fee of $50-150, ensuring your special gown is prioritized and delivered to you in a timely manner.

To ensure the perfect fit for your dream dress, we kindly request you to watch our instructional video. In this video, you will find detailed guidance on measuring your bust, waist, and more. Taking these measurements correctly will help us create a gown that fits you flawlessly.

Choosing the right size can sometimes be a challenge. If your measurements do not align perfectly with our size guide, we recommend MADE TO ORDER option. Rush Delivery

We understand that sometimes you need your gown urgently. If you require your dress ASAP, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We offer rush orders for an additional fee of $50-150, ensuring your special gown is prioritized and delivered to you in a timely manner.

Returnes

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your dress. If there’s any aspect you’re not entirely happy with, please let us know within three days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you. Our goal is to make every bride feel perfect. If there is an issue with your dress, we’re happy to arrange returns, repairs, or even remake the dress.

Bottom line:

15% restocking fee on READY-TO-WEAR gowns.
50% restocking fee on MADE-TO-ORDER gowns.
