Please note that the estimated delivery time of 5-7 days refers specifically to the shipping duration and does not include the time required for the production of your dress. Returnes

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your dress. If there’s any aspect you’re not entirely happy with, please let us know within three days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you. Our goal is to make every bride feel perfect. If there is an issue with your dress, we’re happy to arrange returns, repairs, or even remake the dress.

Bottom line:

15% restocking fee on READY-TO-WEAR gowns.
50% restocking fee on MADE-TO-ORDER gowns.
