We strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your dress. If there is any aspect of your dress that you are not completely satisfied with, please inform us within three days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you. Our goal is to make every bride feel perfect, and if there is an issue with your dress, we are happy to arrange for returns, fixing, or remaking.

Please keep in mind the following guidelines for returns: A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all refund requests. Rush order fees are non-refundable. The returned dress must be in brand new, unworn condition, and sent back to our studio within 7 days of the delivery date, with the original packaging and a return tracking number.

Unfortunately, refunds will not be accepted in the following situations: on shipping costs, if the dress is damaged due to incorrect ironing/washing, if you contact us more than 5 days after delivery, if you fail to return the dress as agreed upon, or if you have made alterations to the dress.

In READY TO WEAR: dresses are available in a range of sizes from XXS to 5XL, all dresses are ready to ship within few weeks.

YES! We proudly offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express, complete with tracking. Please note that the estimated delivery time of 5-7 days refers specifically to the shipping duration and does not include the time required for the production of your dress. Rest assured, we strive to minimize production time to ensure you receive your exquisite dress as swiftly as possible

Yes! We understand that sometimes you need your gown urgently. If you require your dress ASAP, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We offer rush orders for an additional fee of $50-150, ensuring your special gown is prioritized and delivered to you in a timely manner.

To ensure the perfect fit for your dream dress, we kindly request you to watch our instructional video. In this video, you will find detailed guidance on measuring your bust, waist, and more. Taking these measurements correctly will help us create a gown that fits you flawlessly.
